Construction Services
In conjunction with the construction of improvements, we have the project experience to provide assistance from the bidding phase through final project closeout. This is an integral element of follow-up on the design plans and methods of building the project.
During construction of the roadways, pads, and utilities, we offer a knowledgeable presence either from our office or the project site for:
- Construction bidding.
- Materials procurement.
- Periodic monitoring and site observations during construction to help maintain progress (erosion control, grading, resolution of site conflicts, coordination with permitting agencies).
- Coordination of testing for compaction and concrete.
- Coordination of other consultants for wet weather construction, blasting, environmental monitoring, sanitary drain field design and construction, water wells.
- Staking for roadways, crane pads, tower foundations, utility corridors, site grading.
