Permitting Support
Prior to the start of grading and access road construction, a number of county, state, and possibly federal permits are required. As part of the design process, our team is familiar with a number of permit applications and the subsequent processing of each.
We can support permitting with relevant agencies for:
- Highway access
- LUCS and NPDES 1200C
- Environmental/wetland permitting
- Coordination with other consultants for water and sanitary permitting with State or local agencies
- Grading, site construction, and utility services for permanent installations such as O&M facilities
- Soil and conservation service alterations to existing earth fills
