Westlake has obtained land use approvals for the full range of project types – subdivisions, design or development review approvals, conditional use master plan updates, zone changes, and comprehensive plan amendments. For projects where code compliance is challenging, we have successfully requested variances and adjustments. Thorough research, active coordination with planning review staff, and many years of experience support our efforts for each project.
