Westlake professionals have provided master planning support to private developers and public agencies, for large industrial/commercial sites, residential and mixed-use sites, and urban growth boundary expansion areas. Working closely with individual citizens, advisory committees, and local and regional public agencies and service providers, Westlake manages projects – from the identification of resources, opportunities and constraints, to development of land use allocation programs supported by alternative plans for site layouts and development phasing.
