Condo Plats
Westlake has achieved success in platting of large condominium projects by combining technical expertise with a flexible, responsive approach to project completion. Large condominium projects typically span many months of activity from initial layout, through periodic check measurements, followed by final platting and setting of property corners. Our work on site often takes place along with the building trades because it is most efficient to take measurements after framing is complete and before drywall is installed.
To direct these projects, Westlake surveyors must be very familiar with State and local regulations governing the Condominium Declaration and provisions for mapping and accounting for the defined uses. Throughout the course of each project, thoughtful coordination with the owner, contractor, and attorney helps to alleviate last minute issues which may stall the review and recording of the plat.
